HOMEOEN HOMEOPATHY ENGINEERING WARRANTY

These Warranty terms outline the rules and guidelines for the quality of HomeoEN's Products.

Unless stated otherwise, these Warranty terms apply to all HomeoEN Services. Any dispute is subject to these terms, our Terms of Use and other HomeoEN legal documents. If you do not agree with the policy, please refrain from making a purchase from us.

 

GENERAL COVERAGE

All our Products are duly certified where applicable by law and pass all the tests for safety compliance. We guarantee the quality of our Products. Only Products that contain link in the description to the current Warranty terms are guaranteed to be under these Warranty terms.

Our hardware (devices) products come with a 12-month warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Our warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Products without warranty period are not covered by these Warranty terms. Some Products might be under the warranty of the original manufacturer (if not manufactured by HomeoEN), in such cases HomeoEN does not take any liability in communication or shipment of the Product to the service of the original manufacturer.

For repair or exchange of the Product we might partner with special service centers or service of the original manufacturer (if not manufactured by HomeoEN). You agree to the exchange of your personal information with these partners to the extent necessary to fulfill our obligations.

 

WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

Our warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, HomeoEN will repair or replace, at no charge, Products or parts of a Product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

 

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Our warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

  • Damage attributable to misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage due to environmental or natural elements.

  • Theft or loss of the product.

 

HOW TO CLAIM THE WARRANTY

To obtain the warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please contact our customer service team with a description of the issue, proof of purchase, and any other documentation as required.

 

SHIPPING COSTS FOR WARRANTY SERVICE

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the defective Product to our service center. If the warranty claim is justified, we will cover the return shipping costs and send the repaired or replacement Product at no additional charge.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

If the Product cannot be repaired or replaced during the warranty period, your sole and exclusive remedy is a refund of the purchase price. HomeoEN’s liability under these Warranty terms is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund option as determined by our warranty service. In no event shall we be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product or the absence of the Product due to the initiation of warranty service or refund.

 

CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify these Warranty terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
