Welcome to HomeoEN! We strive to offer our customers the best shopping experience with high-quality products and transparent sales policies. This document outlines the terms and conditions of purchasing from our online store. Here and after the term «Products» will refer to all items, hardware, software, services and other offers available to purchase from us.

Unless stated otherwise, this Sales Policy applies to all HomeoEN Services that offer purchase of Products. Any dispute is subject to this policy, our Terms of Use and other HomeoEN legal documents. If you do not agree with the policy, please refrain from making a purchase from us.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

All Products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display the Products as accurately as possible, including detailed descriptions and images. HomeoEN strives to ensure that all Product information is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product prices are calculated and displayed in USD (United States Dollars) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) or sales tax (where applicable). We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice due to market conditions, supplier demands, or other factors.

Product prices may be displayed in other currencies with calculations based on USD and an estimate conversion rate received from official exchange rate providers. In these instances, final charge from customer’s account will still be in USD. Such prices do not account for additional charges from customer’s bank/payment provider for conversion from customer’s account currency to USD, thus it is customer’s responsibility to check and account for these charges.

 

ORDERS

Orders can be placed 24/7 through our website. Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of a Product, an error in the price or Product description, or an error in your order.

 

PAYMENTS

We currently accept payments by following means:

  • Mastercard debit/credit.

  • Visa debit/credit.

  • PayPal.

  • Wire and ACH inside USA.

  • SWIFT transfers.

Available payment methods may change without prior notifications or modifications of this list.

Full payment must be received before the order is processed. All payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by HomeoEN and the payment service provider. If the provider refuses to or does not for any reason authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third-party databases. By accepting these terms you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency, which may keep a record of that information.

Your payment information will be processed securely, with confidentiality and integrity assured. HomeoEN does not store your payment information in any form unless you opt to purchase our subscription-based services or choose to save your payment information in your account to ease your future purchases.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Basic information about shipping options can be found on our Delivery page, detailed information is available at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible after receiving them. However, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We shall not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver on any particular date. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to stock availability. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and possibly a tracking number (depending on the option selected) once your order has been dispatched.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Return and Refund Policy

HOMEOEN HOMEOPATHY ENGINEERING RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at HomeoEN. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This document outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of Products sold by HomeoEN. Unless stated otherwise, this Return and Refund Policy applies to all HomeoEN Services that offer purchase of Products. Any dispute is subject to this policy, our Terms of Use and other HomeoEN legal documents. If you do not agree with the policy, please refrain from making a purchase from us.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. Placed and paid orders can be cancelled and refunded by request provided they have not already been dispatched.

  2. Dispatched orders can be cancelled and refunded on request after evaluation (our sole discretion) provided the delivery is taking much longer than estimated.

  3. Dispatched orders can be cancelled and refunded when not delivered (and are not scheduled for delivery anymore) by the shipping company for any reason. If delivery was not successful because of the actions of the customer, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

  4. Remedies and other consumables of good quality are non-refundable.

  5. Good-quality Products can be returned and refunded provided the following conditions are met:
    - The Product was received by the customer in the last 7 days (excluding the day of receipt).
    - The Product is in its original undamaged packaging.
    - The Product isn't used or damaged.
    - You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  6. Poor-quality Products (damaged or other means of loss of original quality, without regards to the packaging) can be returned and refunded provided the following conditions are met:
    - The loss of quality of the Product is not due to mishandling by the customer.
    - The Product was received by the customer in the last 30 days (excluding the day of receipt).
    - Full set of the Product is provided (even if the original packaging is missing).
    - You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  7. Poor-quality Products or their parts can be sent for repair or replaced provided the following conditions are met (for full conditions please see our Warranty page):
    - The loss of quality of the Product is not due to mishandling by the customer.
    - The Product is still under warranty if warranty period is specified.
    - You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  8. Digital products can be refunded with loss of access in one of the following cases:
    - Software product or access to it was purchased in the last 7 days (excluding the day of receipt).
    - eBook product was purchased in the last 3 days (excluding the day of receipt).

  9. Consultations can be refunded provided one of the following conditions is met:
    - Consultation was cancelled by the customer at least 48 hours in advance of the appointed time.
    - Consultation was cancelled by the expert.

  10. Courses can be refunded provided the following conditions are met:
    - Course was cancelled by the customer before passing 30% of the course and it was purchased in the last 7 days (excluding the day of receipt).
    - Course was cancelled by HomeoEN.

Some Products may have specific conditions for return and refund, that don’t follow rules, outlined here. Some Products may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the delivery and return of a good-quality Product are non-refundable. HomeoEN does not guarantee provision or support in communication with a shipping company to return a good-quality Product. In case the shipping company is chosen by the customer, risk-of-loss or damage to the Product is covered by the customer himself.

For a poor-quality Product it is the customer’s responsibility to package the Product for return in a safe-to-transport package if original packaging is missing. Damage to the Product done by the absence of safe packaging will relieve HomeoEN of any liability of refund, replace or repair of the Product.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments (which for the purpose of this clause shall be deemed to include the contents of packaged Products as well as the packages themselves and the number of packages) shall be deemed correct and undamaged unless at the time of delivery you specify on our copy of delivery documentation the precise shortfall or error in delivery, or (if the delivery occurred in the absence of the customer) inform us of such shortfall or error electronically through our contacts section immediately after the delivery of the given shipment. Your failure to inform us in this way shall constitute a waiver of any such claim.

Should the packaging of the product arrive damaged, it is imperative that you capture photographic or video evidence prior to unboxing. Similarly, if the product itself is found to be damaged, please ensure to document the condition through photographs or videos before undertaking any further actions with the product. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may lead to a denial of your request for a return, refund, or repair.

 

STEPS TO INITIATE A RETURN

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us using details provided in the contacts section of the website. Provide a detailed description of the issue and attach any relevant photos or documentation.

Receive Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you an information on how to return the Product.

Receive a Refund: After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund, exchange or repair.

 

REFUND

Decision on refunds will be made within 7 business days after request from the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method using the original currency within 30 days of receiving the returned Product or cancellation. This period might be extended by the payment provider/bank and is not guaranteed by us. Refunds to another payment method might be possible upon request. We are not liable for additional charges/losses implemented by customer’s bank/payment provider for refunds or for conversion to/from the original currency of the purchase.

HomeoEN reserves the right to extend/amend any aforementioned in this document terms in complicated cases for additional evaluation.

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The version of the policy is valid as of the purchase date, unless customer’s conditions improved in updated versions.
