This Privacy Policy describes how www.homeoen.com, and its’ affiliates (collectively «HomeoEN») collect, process and share your personal information through HomeoEN websites, devices, products, services, online and physical stores, and applications (together «HomeoEN Services»). When you make a purchase, a registration, subscribe or leave your details on HomeoEN Services you specifically agree for a broader data collection. Unless stated otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account, any dispute over privacy is subject to this policy, our Terms of Use and other HomeoEN legal documents.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit or use HomeoEN Services, we automatically may collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the HomeoEN Services, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the HomeoEN Services, and information about how you interact with the HomeoEN Services. • receive homeopathic or any other type of consultation;

• participate in homeopathic or any other type of education;

• use our repertory service.

 

As a result of those actions, you might supply us with such information as:

• your age;

• people, addresses and phone numbers listed in your Addresses;

• email addresses of your friends and other people;

Automatic Information

Examples of the information we collect and analyze include:

• the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet;

• login, email address, and password;

• the location of your device or computer;

• content interaction information, such as content downloads, streams, and playback details, including duration and number of simultaneous streams and downloads, and network details for streaming and download quality, including information about your internet service provider;

• device metrics such as when a device is in use, application usage, connectivity data, and any errors or event failures;

• HomeoEN Services metrics (e.g., the occurrences of technical errors, your interactions with service features and content, your settings preferences and backup information, location of your device running an application, information about uploaded images and files such as the file name, dates, times and location of your images);

• version and time zone settings;

• purchase and content use history, which we sometimes aggregate with similar information from other customers to create features like top sellers;

• the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our websites, including date and time; products and content you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, and page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs);

• phone numbers used to call our customer service number;

• images or videos when you shop in our stores, or stores using HomeoEN Services.

We may also use device identifiers, cookies, and other technologies on devices, applications, and our web pages to collect browsing, usage, or other technical information.

 

Information from Other Sources

Examples of information we receive from other sources include:

• updated delivery and address information from our carriers or other third parties, which we use to correct our records and deliver your next purchase or communication more easily;

• email notification settings (including product availability alerts, delivers, special occasion reminders and newsletters);

• your content, devices, services, and related settings, and communications and personalized advertising preferences;

• if you are a seller, you can access your account and other information, and adjust your communications preferences, by updating your account;

• if you are an author, you can access your account and other information, and update your accounts as applicable;

• if you are a developer participating in our developer services programs, you can access your account and other information, and adjust your communications preferences, by updating your account.

 

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through HomeoEN Services (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

• Communicate with you;

• Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

• When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

This information may be shared with other our services or third party services, necessary to provide customer experience (ease-of-use, accessibility, notifications, applications).

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize HomeoEN Services (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the HomeoEN Services, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Device Information may be used for advertising and retargeting purposes.

We use your Personal Information to operate, provide, develop, and improve the products and services that we offer our customers. These purposes include:

AGGREGATED AND NON-PERSONALLY-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

«Non-Personally-Identifying Information» is information that, without the aid of additional information, cannot be directly associated with a specific person. «Personally-Identifying Information», by contrast, is information such as a name or email address that, without more, can be directly associated with a specific person. Like most website operators, HomeoEN gathers from users of HomeoEN Services Non-Personally-Identifying Information of the sort that web browsers, depending on their settings, may make available. That information includes the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type and the locations of the websites the user views right before arriving at, while navigating and immediately after leaving the HomeoEN Services. Although such information is not Personally-Identifying Information, it may be possible for HomeoEN to determine from an IP address a user’s Internet service provider and the geographic location of the visitor’s point of connectivity as well as other statistical usage data. HomeoEN analyzes Non-Personally-Identifying Information gathered from users of HomeoEN Services to help HomeoEN better understand how HomeoEN Services are being used. By identifying patterns and trends in usage, HomeoEN is able to better design HomeoEN Services to improve users’ experiences, both in terms of content and ease of use. From time to time, HomeoEN may also release the Non-Personally-Identifying Information gathered from HomeoEN Services users in the aggregate, such as by publishing a report on trends in the usage of HomeoEN Services.

We may share aggregated and Non-Personally-Identifying Information we collect under any of the above circumstances. We may also share it with third parties and our affiliate companies to develop and deliver targeted advertising on HomeoEN Services and on websites of third parties. We may combine Non-Personally-Identifying Information we collect with additional Non-Personally-Identifying Information collected from other sources.

We also may share aggregated information with third parties, including advisors, advertising agencies and investors, for the purpose of conducting general business analysis. For example, we may tell our advertising agencies the number of visitors to the HomeoEN Services and the most popular features or services accessed. We may collect Personal Information when you interact with our digital property, including IP addresses, digital identifiers, information about your web browsing and app usage and how you interact with our properties and ads for a variety of purposes, such as personalization of offers or advertisements, analytics about how you engage with websites or ads and other commercial purposes.

HANDLING OF PERSONAL MEDICAL INFORMATION

At HomeoEN, we do not collect, process, store or share any personal medical information. All HomeoEN Services, including those related to treatment, are intended solely for educational, informational and general well-being purposes. Customers are permitted to use our systems, such as the repertory system, to store general information (e.g., collections of symptoms) and labels, provided this information is not identifiable to any real individual or patient.

HomeoEN strictly prohibits the storage of any personal, private medical information in our systems. If a customer stores such information, it constitutes a violation of this privacy policy. In such cases, HomeoEN reserves the right to suspend or terminate the customer's account to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and the protection of sensitive data.

 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use HomeoEN Services. Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your Personally-Identifying Information, which may include your name and contact information (including email address) with our authorized service providers that perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include fulfilling orders, providing customer service and marketing assistance, performing business and sales analysis, supporting the HomeoEN Services’ functionality and supporting contests, sweepstakes, surveys and other features offered through HomeoEN Services. We may also share your name, contact information and credit card information with our authorized service providers who process credit card payments. These service providers may have access to Personal Information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purpose. We do not share your personal health information for any purposes other than necessary for storing or using our services and we strictly prohibit our partners to make such information Personally-Identifying and publicly available. Such information may be publicly available by us or shared to our partners only in a Non-Personally Identifying way for statistics or research purposes.

HomeoEN contractually prohibits its contractors, affiliates, vendors and suppliers from disclosing Personally-Identifying Information received from HomeoEN, other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, third parties are under no obligation to comply with this Privacy Policy with respect to Personally-Identifying Information that users provide directly to those third parties, or that those third parties collect for themselves. These third parties include advertisers, providers of games, utilities, widgets and a variety of other third-party applications accessible through HomeoEN Services. HomeoEN neither owns nor controls the third-party websites and applications accessible through HomeoEN Services. Thus, this Privacy Policy does not apply to information provided to or gathered by the third parties that operate them. Before visiting a third party, or using a third-party application, whether by means of a link on HomeoEN Services, directly through HomeoEN Services or otherwise, and before providing any Personally-Identifying Information to any such third party, users should inform themselves of the privacy policies and practices (if any) of the third party responsible for that website or application, and should take those steps necessary to, in those users’ discretion, protect their privacy.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA

We may use hyperlinks on HomeoEN Services which will redirect you to a social network if you click on the respective link. However, when you click on a social plug-in, such as Facebook’s «Like» button, Twitter’s «tweet» button or the Google+, that particular social network’s plugin will be activated and your browser will directly connect to that provider’s servers. If you do not use these buttons, none of your data will be sent to the respective social network’s plugin provider. So for example, when you click on the Facebook’s «Like» button on HomeoEN Services, Facebook will receive your IP address, the browser version and screen resolution, and the operating system of the device you have used to access HomeoEN Services. Settings regarding privacy protection can be found on the websites of these social networks and are not within our control.

 

ONLINE POSTINGS

Certain Personally-Identifying Information collected from users may be disclosed as a matter of course as a result of your use of HomeoEN Services. We may provide areas on HomeoEN Services where you can post reviews and other information relating to your activities on the HomeoEN Services. Such postings are governed by our Terms of Use. In addition, such postings may appear on other websites or when searches are executed on the subject of your posting. Also, whenever you voluntarily disclose Personal Information on publicly-viewable web pages, that information will be publicly available and can be collected and used by others. BUSINESS TRANSFER AND BANCRUPTCY

HomeoEN reserves the right to transfer all Personal Information in its possession to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or other sale of all or a portion of HomeoEN assets. Other than to the extent ordered by a bankruptcy or other court, the use and disclosure of all transferred Personal Information will be subject to this Privacy Policy, or to a new Privacy Policy if you are given notice of that new Privacy Policy and are given an opportunity to affirmatively opt-out of it. HomeoEN Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. They may be used by such individuals only with involvement of parent or guardian.

We do not knowingly collect or maintain Personally-Identifying Information from anyone under the age of 13, unless or except as permitted by law. Any person who provides Personally-Identifying Information through HomeoEN Services represents to us that he or she is 13 years of age or older. If we learn that Personally-Identifying Information has been collected from a user under 13 years of age on or through HomeoEN Services, then we will take the appropriate steps to cause this information to be deleted.
