HOMEOEN HOMEOPATHY ENGINEERING DELIVERY

These Delivery terms outline the rules and guidelines for shipping of HomeoEN Products to customers.

Unless stated otherwise, these Delivery terms apply to all HomeoEN Services. Any dispute is subject to these terms, our Terms of Use and other HomeoEN legal documents. If you do not agree with the policy, please refrain from making a purchase from us.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and possibly a tracking number (depending on the option selected) once your order has been dispatched.

 

DELIVERY LOCATION

Physical Products offered by HomeoEN are only available for delivery in: United States. Digital Products and software access are available worldwide.

Delivery of physical Products may be available for door-to-door receipt, pick-up points, or at post offices, depending on the customer's location.

 

DELIVERY SERVICES

The following delivery services are available for customers’ choice: Amazon Delivery.

We partner with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment to ensure that your orders are processed quickly and efficiently. This means that your order will be shipped using Amazon's robust shipping and logistics network. By leveraging this partnership, we aim to provide you with prompt and reliable delivery service. Please note that your order might arrive in Amazon-branded packaging. You may be eligible for Amazon’s discounts and premium service.

By using the specified delivery method you agree that your personal information, including your name and address, will be shared with our delivering partner.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Specific delivery terms for physical items vary by location and other circumstances and will be visible on the check-out page. Please note, that given terms are only estimates and are not guaranteed as we highly depend on the service of our delivery partners. We shall not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver on any particular date. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to stock availability.

Digital Items are delivered instantly upon purchase, unless stated otherwise in the Product description. You will receive instructions on how to receive your Digital Items either at the checkout page, your personal account on HomeoEN or your email. Slight delay might be possible due to the nature of electronic systems.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

 

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

For shipments to countries where HomeoEN doesn’t have physical presence or stock, customs clearance might be necessary to receive the Product. Depending on the country such procedures may vary. In such cases customer will be notified if the Product will be shipped abroad. Unless stated otherwise, customs clearance will be done completely by HomeoEN or the delivering partner, excluding cases, where the submission of additional documents or physical presence is mandatory by the customer by the law. Failure to provide necessary documentation or be physically present at the customs by the customer shall waive any liability from HomeoEN on the delivery of the Product and all refund requests.

Unless specified otherwise, customs clearance costs will be included in the cost of the delivery, excluding country specific charges for exceeding personal limits on foreign deliveries.

RISK OF LOSS AND DAMAGE

All purchases of physical Products from HomeoEN are made pursuant to a delivery contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such Products pass to you upon your receipt.

In case of shipping abroad from the country where HomeoEN has physical presence or stock, a service from a local post company might be required, with whom HomeoEN doesn’t maintain direct agreements. For such situations risk of loss and title is passed upon customer after the arrival of the Product in the country of destination.

Should the packaging of the product arrive damaged, it is imperative that you capture photographic or video evidence prior to unboxing. Similarly, if the product itself is found to be damaged, please ensure to document the condition through photographs or videos before undertaking any further actions with the product. In case of the delivery to a pick-up point, customer is obliged to open the safe box while capturing the video of the process to ensure that full set of the order is delivered. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may lead to a denial of your request for a return, refund, or repair.

If there is any damage to the packaging or Product on delivery, customer should immediately contact HomeoEN.

 

CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify these Delivery terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
